Returns
If you would like to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all tags. Please note that certain items, such as custom-made products, are not eligible for return. There is no exception to this policy.Â
Giftcards
We go through a 3rd party vendor for our gift cards. Because of this, we do not offer a refund of any amount. However, if you do experience any issues with your gift cards, please reach out to us and we will help you get point to the right people to talk to. Be sure to keep your bank statements on hand.Â
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team [email protected]Â with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions. Please do not send items back without first reaching out to us.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please reach out to us and we will be happy to make the exchange.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
